Simply to put, we need a building and we can deliver a full factory to make solar modules, using thin-film technology.
How fast can I enter the market choosing EnergoSolar’s turn-key solution?
Once a valid order placed, we are able to manufacture your new equipment within about 5-6 months, ship it to your place within 1-6 weeks depending on the geographical location of your plant. Installation takes 2 months, test-production and operating staff education and training takes another 4-8 weeks.
What is included in EnergoSolar’s turn key solution?
Full equipment delivery, 3-level guarantee (equipment, process, PV-module), consulting on plant design, consulting on manufacturing process, consulting on material supply, quick troubleshooting, training of staff.
What is the output of an EnergoSolar made production line?
The output is approximately 140.000 pieces solar modules per year with 44 W stabilized power by 6 MWp/year line. It’s 20 modules per hour.
I need a solution for only 2 MWp / year. Can I get it for lower price than the standard 6 MWp / year?
The lowest capacity of a single production line we can offer with our turn-key solution is 6MW, being one of the lowest entry capacity on the market for thin film production.
